The Opportunity
We’re looking for an AI Engineer to join our Data and AI Engineering team. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about turning the latest AI advances — particularly LLMs (Large Language Models) — into production-ready tools, applications, and platforms.
You’ll work on the front lines of applied AI, helping to develop intelligent systems, scalable infrastructure, and internal platforms that power the next generation of life sciences solutions.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
• Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications and tools
• Develop reusable AI infrastructure components
• Work with embeddings, vector search, similarity matching
• Integrate vector databases (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone)
• Build scalable APIs and services (e.g., FastAPI)
• Use MLflow for versioning and deployment
• Collaborate with Data and Backend Engineers
• Ensure testing, CI/CD, observability for AI workflows
• Support AI ethics and responsible AI discussions
• Join architecture reviews and agile ceremonies

Requirements – Must have

Core Experience & Skills
• Experience working with/deploying LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.)
• Python + backend frameworks (FastAPI or similar)
• Embeddings and semantic search
• Vector DBs (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone)
• Tools like MLflow for model tracking and deployment
• Building production-ready APIs/services
• Understanding of AI ethics and explainability
• Agile teamwork
• Fluent English (written & spoken)

ТРЕБОВАНИЯ – ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО

• Опыт с LLM (GPT, Claude и др.)

• Python, FastAPI, embedding

• Работа с векторными БД

• Знание MLflow и CI/CD

• Навыки разработки API и микросервисов

• Понимание этики и прозрачности в ИИ

• Опыт в agile-командах

• Английский язык — свободно

Requirements – Nice to have
• Docker / Kubernetes
• Prompt engineering, RAG, LangChain, LLamaIndex
• Cloud-agnostic MLOps (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience in regulated industries (GxP, life sciences)
• Familiarity with monitoring AI in production
• Building LLM-powered real-world apps (e.g., chatbots, summarizers)

ТРЕБОВАНИЯ – ЖЕЛАТЕЛЬНО
