Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all stages of construction and other building-related projects from planning to the handover phase
• Daily management of projects from the initiation phase till handover
• Coordinating the detailed architectural and engineering design of the projects following the company standards, manuals and guidelines
• Forecast operational requirements ensuring smooth management of the construction process
• Review project plans, specifications and BoQ
• Managing project schedules
• Review and comment on design documentation
• Organize and submit timely necessary notices to contractors
• Liaise with the Construction Director and other Senior Management
• Attend site meetings, and liaise with engineers, designers and contractors to discuss and resolve issues
• Direct and oversee activities of contractors and subcontractors
• Make regular site visits to monitor the progress of works
• Oversee FLS and environmental monitoring specialists work to ensure requirements are met
• Prepare and present progress reports
• Manage and control site team including the construction supervisor
• Liaise with all parties involved to ensure that projects are on track and within budgets
• Determine timelines for tasks and events of projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a managerial position in the construction field
• Very good planning, controlling and multitasking skills
• University technical degree, preferably in civil engineering
• Working experience in residential construction projects is preferable
• Fluency in Georgian and English languages. Russian may be considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and CAD is a must
• Ability to read, follow up and review design documentation
• Attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
