Key Responsibilities:

• Support and development of the open-source Chatwoot platform.
• Customization of functionality to fit internal processes.
• Integration of Chatwoot with external services via API and Webhooks.

Working with the frontend (Vue) to make adjustments to the interface and chat widget.

Experience & Required Skills:

• Experience in Ruby on Rails development (must)
• Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq.
• Knowledge of Vue, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
