We’re Hiring a Recruiter!

Due to team expansion and a growing number of recruitment requests, I’m looking for a professional recruiter ready to grow in the trading industry and become an integral part of our team.

Recruiter responsibilities:

• Conducting phone and Zoom interviews with candidates;
• Guiding candidates through all stages of recruitment and onboarding;
• Providing detailed reporting on recruitment activities;
• Managing multiple job openings and sourcing niche specialists.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment;
• Languages: Native Russian and fluent English or Spanish (mandatory);
• Proven skills in sourcing and hiring niche specialists;
• Access to a laptop or PC with a high-quality camera.

Work conditions:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends off (5/2);
• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (UTC+03:00);
• Compensation: base salary + KPI bonuses, no earning cap;
• A friendly, professional, and supportive team environment.
