What We Expect:

⭐Experience with CRM systems (training provided)

⭐Experience in customer support (training available)

⭐Must have Turkish proficiency at C1-С2 level

⭐Must have a PC/laptop, headset with a microphone, and a stable internet connection (no mobile devices)

✅Responsibilities:
✔Respond to customer inquiries via CRM (technical, financial, etc.).
✔Meet individual targets and department goals.
✔Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and products.
