Project Description:

Staketab is a team of blockchain experts and developers that provide staking and node
RPC services and make tooling for blockchains (Mina, Sui, Aptos, Cosmos ecosystem
blockchains): explorers, API Platform, smart contract verification and audit, developers'
tools. My focus is to conduct product and protocol research and write specifications for
the development team. I'm also engaged in content management and tech writing.

Project Name: Alpha Bank - Car Lending

Domain: Fintech

Project Description: Alpha Bank was implementing a car lending scheme. The team I
was part of was assigned to make the necessary tweaks in the already existing configs of
a service bus that routed the car lending front-end application to the back-end
components of the banking application to implement car lending functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• eliciting business requirements from the stakeholders;
• compiling feature lists;
• tweaking configs according to the BRD;
• REST-API integration and documentation;
• unit testing of new features;
• integration testing (Swagger);
• bug detection and analysis (Elastic Search);
• managing change requests.

Project Name: X5 Group - HR Office

Domain: Retail

Project Description: Our team was assigned to tweak the business processes of the HR
Department in the Camunda orchestrator according to the specifications we received
from our methodologists (business analysts).

Duties and Responsibilities:
• collecting business requirements for the desired changes in HR business processes;
• designing new business processes and tweaking existing business processes in
Camunda according to the specs;
• deployment and unit testing of the business processes;
• bug detecting and analysis using Elastic Search.

Learning the basics of business analysis:
• requirement elicitation and documenting techniques;

• writing specs: User Stories, Use Cases;

We did macroeconomic research for the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of
Belarus. My major fields of study were venture investments, methods of boosting
innovative activity, building innovative ecosystems, increasing the efficiency of innovative
hubs, startup financing.

I worked in the Centre of Research of Global Economic Trends. My tasks included
macroeconomic studies for the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus, writing
economic reports, translation, and interpretation, participating in conferences, fairs, and
exhibitions.

I taught Business English to specialists and civil servants.

I taught English and German to school children.
