Responsibilities:

• Collecting and analyzing project requirements from various sources, conducting interviews with clients and stakeholders.

• Formulating high-level requirements for the software product and aligning them with clients.

• Developing business analysis documentation: technical specifications, project vision and scope document, description of technical implementation.

• Designing the user interface, format, and method of interaction between the user and the application.

• Preparing presentations for stakeholders.

• Gathering information, describing, and modeling business processes.

• Analyzing problem areas and proposing improvements.

• Participating in acceptance testing of software products.

• Contributing to the development of user manuals.

• Training key users.

• Documenting business processes.

• Automating business processes in Creatio using a Low-Code approach.

We expect from you:

• Higher education (preferably in IT).

• Work experience as a Business Analyst: 3+ years.

• Experience with CRM (Creatio): 2+ years.

• Understanding of software development processes in areas such as websites, databases, mobile applications, etc.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Visio.

• Experience in writing specifications and creating user interface mockups.

• English language skills at least at B2 level.

Skills:

• UML, BPMN.

• Ability to create simple SQL queries.

• Experience with Postman, GIT, Jira, Creatio Terrasoft.

• Analytical thinking and ability to systematize information.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Negotiation experience and ability to reach agreements.

• Ability to prioritize tasks.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in writing specifications and creating UI mockups.

• Experience using prototyping tools.

Professional knowledge of the Creatio system:

• Understanding of case-building mechanisms.

• Knowledge of form and process development mechanisms.

• Knowledge of marketing configuration mechanisms.

• Knowledge of the Service module mechanisms.

• Experience working with the mobile application.

• Integration with external systems.
