We’re looking for: Reliable, communicative, and confident individuals to join us as remote call center representatives with strong sales skills and experience.

Your practice in English ends with your IELTS 7,8,48. We don't care about your certificate, the interview will be with a native speaker, you will not pass the test if you have not had practice for at least 2 year.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience;

• Fluent and clear communication in English;

• Proficiency in Russian and English (C1 level);

• Strong sales abilities;

• Resilience in high-pressure situations;

• Attention to detail and organizational skills;

• Punctuality;

• Eagerness to learn and improve skills

• Basic computer skills;

• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage “hot” incoming calls and make outbound calls to hot leads;

• Operate within CRM systems;

• Provide thorough consultations on our services;

• Meet sales targets.

Work Schedule: 5/2, 8 hours per day, with night shifts.
