Responsibilities:

• Prepare HR analytics analyses, reports, and presentations to support data-driven decision-making.

• Create and develop tools that facilitate data reporting and analysis for HR functions.

• Participate in projects focused on the automation of HR processes to enhance efficiency.

• Build and monitor key HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR activities.

• Collaborate with HR and business teams to ensure that HR initiatives are aligned and effective.

• Report performance results and insights to the HR Director, providing actionable recommendations.

We expect from you:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to work effectively with databases and large datasets.

• Experience with Power BI, Power Query and PowerPivot

• Excellent analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present analysis results clearly and effectively.

• Proficiency in English and/or Polish at a communicative level.
