StaffPick is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join SaaS startup building a web platform with advanced AI-powered features for content delivery and monetization.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus, proven experience building scalable SaaS web products, and solid frontend and basic DevOps skills. This role requires proficiency in modern frameworks, cloud deployment, microservices, AI integrations, and data pipelines.

You will play a key role in developing and scaling our platform, integrating AI capabilities, optimizing content delivery through CDNs, and implementing secure authentication flows.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize data pipelines in Python, including MLflow for model tracking

• Support and maintain microservices architecture (Docker, Kubernetes basics)

• Implement AI integrations, including LLM workloads and Together AI API

• Manage cloud deployments and basic DevOps tasks for scalability and reliability

• Contribute to our SaaS web application using Node.js, React or similar frameworks

• Develop and refine frontend components for user-facing features

• Enhance edge solutions with CDN for fast and reliable content delivery

• Build secure authentication and identity protection flows

• Collaborate with data engineers on ML workflows and integration

• Ensure platform security, scalability, and performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack development experience (with strong backend expertise)

• Proficiency in Node.js, React, Next.js (frontend and backend)

• Experience with cloud deployment and basic DevOps (Docker, CI/CD, container orchestration)

• Familiarity with AI model integration and data pipelines (Python, MLflow)

• Understanding of CDN architecture, content delivery, and edge computing

• Knowledge of authentication systems and data protection practices

• Startup mindset: initiative, adaptability, and hands-on problem-solving

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-focused SaaS products

• Background in digital content monetization strategies
