Responsibilities:

• Lead IT Projects: Take charge of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.

• Manage Multiple Projects: Skillfully oversee several projects simultaneously, recognizing interdependencies within our Project Office portfolio.

• Follow Methodologies: Adhere to our established project management methodologies to ensure consistency and quality.

• Prepare Documentation: Create and submit project documentation and status reports punctually, keeping all stakeholders informed.

• Resource Identification: Identify and allocate the necessary resources for successful project execution.

• Budget Management: Develop, coordinate, and monitor project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality development processes for IT projects, actively participating in their acceptance and delivery.

• Compliance Checks: Verify that all implemented projects align with our company standards and policies.

• Acceptance Testing: Engage in acceptance testing for software products to ensure they meet requirements.

• User Training: Provide training for key users to enhance their understanding and use of new systems.

• Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with contractors for the acquisition of third-party systems and features, including outsourcing partners for software development and implementation.

• Mentorship: Offer guidance and mentorship in project management practices and the implementation of IT applications and systems.

We expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager with at least 3 successfully completed projects.

• Strong expertise in project management, including planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring of projects.

• Good understanding of business processes to effectively align IT projects with organizational goals.

• Familiarity with task-tracking systems such as Jira or similar tools.

• English language skills at least at B2 level; knowledge of Polish will be considered a plus.
