Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document current (as-is) business processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies;
• Design and model target (to-be) processes based on business needs and automation opportunities;
• Prepare documentation including business requirements, technical specifications, process maps, and procedures;
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and external vendors throughout all project phases;
• Participate in developing and validating hypotheses for process improvements, using data analysis and SQL queries;
• Initiate and support changes aimed at increasing process efficiency and effectiveness;
• Automate and streamline recurring tasks using Excel (Power Query, VBA);
• Participate in testing and evaluating the impact of implemented solutions on business processes;
• Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and decision-support materials for management meetings;
• Independent management of projects for optimization of business processes;
• Develop analytical reports and dashboards in Power BI based on data from various sources, visualizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, preferably in the field of Business Process Management (BPM);
• Understanding of principles for describing, optimizing, and automating business processes;
• Proficiency in process modeling notations BPMN 2.0;
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements;
• Strong communication skills and experience working with various stakeholders (business, IT, operations);
• Ability to formulate and test hypotheses, propose improvements, and justify changes;
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases for analysis and reporting;
• Advanced Excel skills, including automation using Power Query and macros (VBA);
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and participation in digital transformation projects;
• Strong analytical and presentation skills;
• High level of self-organization, systems thinking, and result orientation.
