System Administrator (Security)

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator ( Security).

Requirements:

• Experience in IT security audits, risk assessment, and mitigation.

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity tools, including DLP systems, endpoint security, encryption, and antivirus solutions.

• Expertise in implementing and managing SSO and 2FA systems.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace administration and corporate email monitoring.

• Experience in creating and enforcing access control policies, including role-based access matrices.

• Solid understanding of network protocols and the ability to manage traffic monitoring systems for suspicious activities.

• Ability to train employees on cybersecurity best practices, including identifying phishing attempts and handling sensitive information securely.

Will Be a Plus:

• Hands-on experience with restricted-access PCs, remote workstation management, and incident response solutions.

• Knowledge of password managers like 1Password with group-level access management.

• Experience in migrating communication and document workflows to platforms like Slack and Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with automating security tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).

• Practical experience in implementing corporate emergency response protocols, including office panic buttons.

• Conduct security audits to identify and evaluate risks.

• Develop a risk assessment report and collaborate with business units to prioritize and mitigate risks.

• Create security policies for access control, data handling, and device usage.

• Write regulations for handling critical information and organize employee training with subsequent testing on information security rules.

• Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) with multi-factor authentication (2FA).

• Perform regular audits of access permissions and maintain a role-based access matrix.

• Deploy hardware and software solutions to monitor network traffic for suspicious activities.

• Establish incident response protocols, including “panic button” procedures for external inspections.

• Migrate communication and document workflows to corporate platforms such as Slack and Google Workspace.

• Train employees on cybersecurity best practices, conduct phishing simulations, and test their ability to recognize security threats.

• Mandate the use of secure password managers (e.g., 1Password) and antivirus protection on all devices.

• Implement measures to prevent data leaks, such as restricted-access PCs, remote workstation management, data encryption, and controlled software installation.

• Monitor outgoing office traffic using network equipment to detect and prevent suspicious activities.

• Maintain secure communication practices by using corporate messengers and tools for file sharing.

• Promote a culture of security awareness within the organization and ensure adherence to protocols.
